In September 2013, an amendment to education legislation came into force meaning that schools can no longer authorise holiday absence and must use Penalty Notices if holidays are taken in term time. While we believe that our parents act in an entirely responsible way we must conform with this legislation therefore, please avoid planning any holidays in school time.
